🕙 What's my order processing time?

  • In-Stock Items：Ships within 2–5 business days.
  • Pre-Order Items：Ships within 1–2 months, depending on the complexity of the design. Please note that unexpected manufacturer delays may occur beyond our control.
  • Combined Orders：If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

🌍 Where do you ship?

We ship from Canada and the United States and offer international delivery to many countries worldwide. If there are any issues shipping to your location, we’ll reach out to you directly. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees upon arrival.

Free Shipping Over $79 

       ✨ Domestic (Canada)：2–5 business days

        ✨ United States：5-10 business days

        ✨ International：approx. 2–5 weeks

Delayed and Lost Packages ：We cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays. Pinverse Studio is not liable for lost packages or orders marked as delivered. Please ensure your items are shipped to a secure address. If a package goes missing in transit, we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

↩️ Do you accept return/refund/exchange?

Our policy does not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in special cases such as receiving a damaged item or an incorrect order. If this happens, please contact us with your order number along with relevant details and proof. We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
