Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Ships within 2–5 business days.
Pre-Order Items: Ships within 1–3 months, depending on design complexity. Please note that manufacturer delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.
Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship once all pre-order items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Shipping rates vary based on destination, item type (flat vs. standard), and order total. Add items to your cart to view the exact cost at checkout.
✨ Canada & US
- Canada: 1–2 weeks (via USPS/Canada Post). Customs fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- US: USPS Ground Advantage (8–13 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (5–10 business days).
✨ International
- 2–5 weeks, shipped via Canada Post/Pirate Ship with local delivery handled by your country’s postal service.
- Buyers are responsible for customs fees.
- Expedited international shipping is currently unavailable.
✨ Stickers & Flat Items
✉️ Sticker- or patch-only orders ship by default with stamped letter mail to keep costs low. This method does not include tracking, and we cannot be responsible for lost untracked orders.
If you’d like tracking, please upgrade shipping at checkout. Adding any non-sticker item automatically upgrades your order to tracked shipping.
Customs Clearance
Delays due to customs may occur. Pinversestudio is not responsible for duties, taxes, or fees; these remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Delayed & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for courier delays.
Pinversestudio is not liable for lost packages or orders marked delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If an item goes missing in transit, we will do our best to assist you in tracking it down.
